• Cairo & Giza: 2 - 3 business days.

• Other Governorates: 3 - 5 business days.

• Please note that Fridays and official holidays are non-working days.

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders over [EGP 3000].

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our lab, you will receive a confirmation via Email/SMS with a tracking number to follow your Jreed package until it reaches you.

4. Delivery Inspection

Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the seal or packaging, contact our customer support immediately.
